For many years, perhaps the last 25 years, the wife and I have enjoyed traveling in our RVs, may it be a Trailer, a Class C Motorhome, or even a Class A Motorhome.

After retiring in 1993 and moving to Oregon, we have departed from the smaller confines of a Class C Motorhome and bought a 1999 Rexhall Aerbus. Traveling with two small dogs presented a certain hazard especially around the kitchen area. In 2001 we invested in another Rexhall Aerbus,(custom built), this one having two slide outs. Much more comfortable and spaceous.
Purchasing this Aerbus and ironing out all the bugs that are inherrant with all new Motorhomes, presented a certain challege. Many of the defects were corrected by our local RV Dealership through whom we ordered the Motorhome, except one, No Heat in Bathroom or Bedroom. The Rexhall factory would not authorize our local dealership to repair it. We had to make a trip to Lancaster, CA. in order to have the necessary repairs made. We then found out that the Factory screwed up in the construction. The expense of gas to travel 1433 miles and RV park accommodations was billed to Rexhall, from whom we have not heard, EVER, nor paid the bill which was sent via Registered Mail with Return Receipt at three seperate times.

Whatever happened to the concept of Customer Service? Apparently, Rexhall doesn't know what that is. Hence we cannot recommend anyone to invest in a Rexhall Product.

Our license plate frame expresses our feeling, it states
"Rexhall, Never again!"
